Provide regular and ongoing individual and group supervision to clinical providers / therapists. Provide regular individual and group Intensive Outpatient (IOP) therapy, clinical assessments and evaluations, crisis resolution and case management, and other related therapeutic services for NAFFA Wellness (NAFFA LLC) clients and consumers.

Must have Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields. Must have a current license in the state of Arizona for: LCSW, LISW, LPCC, or LPC.

**Day shift Monday thru Friday.

Working with clients throughout the day in facilitating and/or proctoring groups with and without clinical providers, supporting intake, documentation and client surveying for QA/QI, supporting administrative functions including signing in, drug screen referrals and technical assistance, limited case management to varying degrees of support, and acting as a positive role model for our clients.

Must have High School Diploma or GED.  Healthcare experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age.  CPA and First Aid certification.  Current valid driver’s license and be insurable under the auto insurance. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug/drug-testing, and background investigation.
